Services for Macintosh is a depreciated feature in Windows Vista and later platforms.
AppleTalk and Services for Macintosh were removed from Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 due to low customer usage and a wide range of alternate solutions.
There are multiple third-party solutions for both Macintosh clients to connect to
SMB resources and for Windows-based servers to provide AppleTalk access.
